Marie Jordan - President & CEO
 Marie Jordan assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer at Peak Reliability (Peak) on November 1, 2016.   Marie came to Peak with more than 30 years of gas and electric transmission and distribution operations experience. The majority of her career was spent at Pacific Gas & Electric Company in San Francisco where she held positions of increasing responsibility in electric and gas transmission and distribution. While at PG&E she acquired an extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment and stakeholder engagement. Terry Baker - Managing Director of Operations
 ​Terry Baker is Peak’s Director of Operations. In this capacity, he oversees and is responsible for, the Real-Time Operations and training functions at Peak Reliability (Peak). Prior to joining Peak Terry was the Manager of Power System Operations at Platte River Power Authority (PRPA) where he worked for over 20 years.  For much of his career at PRPA, Terry managed the real-time transmission desk, real-time generation desk, SCADA Services department and the Operator Training Program.   Prior to joining PRPA, Terry spent over 14 years at Tri-State Transmission and Generation Association Inc. (Tri-State) working as a System Operator responsible for the safe, reliable operations of the Tri-State transmission system and balancing of Tri-State’s load to resources. Pete Hoelscher - Chief Strategy Officer
 ​Pete Hoelscher serves as Peak’s Chief Strategy Officer, and is a member of its Executive team. In this capacity he is responsible for the development and delivery of Peak’s Strategic Plan, underlying annual operational plans and the associated performance metrics. In addition, he has day-to-day oversight of Finance and Accounting and Human Resources. Pete has 25 years of experience in performance management and with business processes such as Lean Six Sigma, in the private, public and non-profit sectors. His experience in the utility sector includes the Southwest Power Pool Regional Transmission Organization, Little Rock, Arkansas, and most recently, at Platte River Power Authority, Fort Collins, Colorado, where he served as Chief Communications and Marketing Officer. Dick Garlish, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
 ​Dick Garlish serves as Peak’s Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and is a member of its Executive team. In this capacity he is responsible for all of Peak’s legal affairs, including governance, compliance and regulatory matters.  Dick is an attorney and senior utility manager with extensive experience in the electric and natural gas utility sector. Prior to assuming his current role, Dick served as Idaho Power’s General Manager of Risk, Compliance and Security with responsibility for a diverse business unit that designs, implements and administers Idaho Power’s enterprise risk, compliance, physical and cyber security programs. Rachel Sherrard - Vice President of Communications and External Affairs
 ​Rachel Sherrard is Peak's Vice President of Communications and External Affairs . In this capacity, she is responsible for the strategic communications program designed to communicate Peak’s role in the Western Interconnection. Prior, Rachel was the Western Electricity Coordination Council’s (WECC) Vice President of Communications and External Affairs, and was a member of its Executive Steering Team. Before joining WECC, Rachel was ScottishPower’s Vice President of External Communications, and served as a member of PacifiCorp’s Chief Executive’s Committee. She was responsible for implementing the company’s external communications strategy in the United States; and for ensuring a consistent presentation of the company’s policies, objectives, activities, and achievements. Brett Wangen - Chief Engineering and Technology Officer
 Brett Wangen serves as Peak’s Chief Engineering and Technology Officer. In this capacity, he is responsible for the forward direction of Peak’s IT and Engineering activities, and for implementing Peak’s reliability focused strategies and initiatives. Brett oversees the engineering teams consisting of EMS Modeling, Advanced Applications, Operations Engineering Support, Operations Planning, Real-time Operations Engineering, and Interconnection Reliability Initiatives.  In addition, he oversees the information technology teams that consist of Application Support, Application Development, Server and Data Center infrastructure, Change Management, and Project Management.
